Overview

The Organization within Cualia is the foundation structuring your laboratories within the application. It allows you to create and manage multiple labs, departments, analyzers, and tests, ensuring a comprehensive and organized approach to Method Validations and Verifications (MVs).

Lab Juice

An organization in Cualia represents the top-level entity, similar to a hospital or medical group which may encompass various satellite labs, each with its own departments, analyzers, and tests. This hierarchical structure helps streamline your operations and ensures that all necessary information is easily accessible and manageable.

Creating an Organization

If you are not part of any organizations, you will be presented with the onboarding process where you may get started with getting set up.

Switching Between Organizations

Cualia allows users to be members of multiple organizations. This is useful for multi-global organizations and consultants who specialize in MV or laboratory operations.

To switch organizations select your profile icon on the bottom left corner and hover over your organization. A list of selectable options will be available.

FAQ

How many organizations may I be part of?

You may be part of as many organizations as you like. This allows consultants and specialists to join your organization workspace to conduct their work. However, each registration email may only be owner of one free plan organization at a time.

What are the owner and admins of an organization?

Owners and admins are special privilege members of your organization. They have authorization to make changes to any of your departments and analyzers. However, billing information and management is only allowed for organization owners.

How do I update my organization details?

Navigate to Settings > Organization Details and select edit. You will be able to update your organization’s name, logo and various details
