Creating your First Analyzer
Now that you have your organization, lab and department set up, it’s time to add an analyzer.
On the left side navigation select Analyzers then Add New Analyzer.
From the Add Analyzer modal that pops up you’ll see a list of popular analyzer templates that can be added to a department.
These templates provide a great started template. They can be edited to suit your needs.
If you want to start from scratch, select the lower right arrow to add a fresh analyzer with no tests.
Once you’ve submitted in the Analyzer Details it will show up in your department.
Analyzer Libraries
In the add analyzer modal there are additional filters:
All Libraries → All analyzers available to add.
Cualia Library → Popular analyzers prepared by the Cualia team.
My Library → Analyzers in your organization. Selecting this will allow to clone your analyzer and its test information. This is great for labs that have dozens of the same instrument.
LDT Library → The Laboratory Developed Test (LDT) analyzers with common test groups (such as CBC and Metabolic Panels) without any branding. Great for getting started.
