MV - Data Tables and Column Headers

Label | Free text - The general identification used to identify a specific Sample.

Allowable Error for Carryover - The max % or SD between the low concentration result (directly after a high concentration value) and the last low concentration result.

Source | Free text - The original source of the Sample such as Patient, EQA, or the name of the Manufacturer

Actual | Pos or Neg Label only - Represents the real-world value measured by the instrument being evaluated.

Actual | Number only - Represents the real-world value measured by the instrument being evaluated.

Bias | Read Only - The bias column shows the Bias and the %Bias. These represent the difference between the actual value and the reference value for calculating agreement.

Error Index | Read Only - The Error Index (Ei) proportion of the Bias to the Error Allowance. An Error Index must be between -1 and 1 to be considered in agreement. The Ei column will determine if agreement exists and is color coded to indicate agreement.

Min - The cutoff value for the minimum value the measured result can be for it to be in agreement.

Max - The cutoff value for the maximum value the measured result can be for it to be in agreement.

(blank) - No result. The sample is likely to be ineligible for calculation because it is missing an actual and/or reference value.

(✓) → The individual result is out of agreement range and/or unacceptable Error Index

(✓) The individual result within agreement range and/or acceptable Error Index

Reference | Pos or Neg Label only - The true value as measured from the reference method.

Reference | Number only - The true value as measured from the reference method.

Result | Read Only - Indicates whether the measurements are within agreeable range.

For Trueness Range Mode

Mean - The average between the min and max range.

For runs:

Result | Read Only - Indicates whether the Within-Day results are within agreeable range.

Level | Read Only - The specific concentration point within the group of levels.

For Carryover

Run Order | Read Only - The labels for samples used. The high and low replicate results should match the Run Order rows.

Result | Number only - Result value received from the sample tested.

(blank) - No result. The sample is likely to be ineligible for calculation because it is missing an actual and/or reference value.

(✓) → The individual result is out of agreement range and/or the run is not within agreeable parameters

(✓) → The individual result is out of agreement range however the run/day is still within agreeable parameters

(✓) The individual result is within agreeable parameters (pass)

Run | Free Text - This column identifies the run that the replicate group was measured. It represents Within-Day/Run combined results. The default value is the Day number.

For QNT Precision

Within Run | Read only - Shows the number of results within agreeable parameters and the total number of samples present within the run. A color will indicate whether the result is within agreeable parameters.

Replicate 1 to X | Pos or Neg Label only - The measured value of the replicate.

Replicate(R) 1 to X | Number only - The measured value of the replicate. A color may indicate whether the result is within agreeable parameters.
